Set a monthly limit per category and Tabby messages you in Telegram as you approach it, so you find out before you overspend rather than after.
Type /setbudget in your chat with Tabby. Select a category (e.g. Food, Shopping, Transport) and enter your monthly spending limit.
Tabby automatically pings you when you hit 50%, 75%, and 100% of your budget. You'll also get a halfway check when logging an expense that pushes you past the midpoint.
Type /budgetstatus to see all your budgets at a glance: how much you've spent, how much is left, and whether you're on track. You can also view budget progress visually in the Tabby mini app's Insights tab.
You can set budgets for as many categories as you want. On the Pro plan, Tabby will even suggest smarter budget limits based on your spending patterns.
